One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. Situated within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and Taksim Square, it provides easy access to Istanbul’s rich history and vibrant nightlife. Whether you're exploring the bustling streets or indulging in the local cuisine, everything is just a stone’s throw away. Overall, Weingart Suites Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're visiting Istanbul for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We initially had a quad room which proved too small for us. We requested reception, who kindly changed our room to a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, which was more roomy and comfortable. The AC was biting cold, and we actually had to turn it up. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel and plenty of places to have breakfast close by. The hotel is situated very near to the Galata tower, which is only a 5 minute walk. It is a hilly area, so bring along a good pair of walking shoes. The Tram line is also a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It is only two stops away from the port where you can book a day / sunset / donner cruise on the Bosphoros. The spice bazar is two stops away in the other direction, the Haga Sofia, Blue Masjid, and Topkapi Papace five stops away, and the Grand Bazar is 7 stops away. The turkish food in Istanbul is exceptional, and you can't go wrong with a mixed grill / traditional breakfast. Apologies to all the veggi lovers out there.

The mattresses and pillows comfortably made and the cleaning of the room was spectacular. Another great point is a big room facility: we had a bedroom, a living room and even kitchen with oven and fridge! The hotel is quiet and family oriented, which was a perfect choice for us.
